Registration Information


Camping. We encourage as many hashers as possible to plan on camping in tents, campervans or caravans.  There is plenty of space available, but there are NO powered sites.  There are plenty of showers, toilets and a laundry facilities handy to all camping sites.

Beds. There are beds for approximately 140 people, with a few beds being doubles. Rooms are mainly set up as either 6 or 4 berth bunk rooms with a small number of 2 berth huts. All beds have a mattress and pillow. Overseas hashers will have the first priority on the bunk rooms.

Bedding.  You need to bring your own sleeping kit.  The Camp has 60 “bedding packs” for hire, at a cost of $8.  The pack includes duvet & cover, 2 x sheets, pillow case/s.  If you wish to HIRE these, you need to indicate this on the Registration Form. Since there are only 60 packs, these will be allocated on a “first in – first served” basis.  Payment arrangements for these will be advised later.

Check-in and Check-out. The Camp will be open for “Check in” (including setting up tents etc) from Friday 1 February from 4 pm (1600 hrs).  Bar opens at 5 pm (1700 hrs).  All attendees are to be clear of the venue before 12 pm (1200 hrs) on Sunday 3 February.

Staying Beyond Sunday at Hanmer Springs Forest Camp.   If you do wish to stay at the Hanmer Springs Forest Camp for the night of Sunday 3 February, or beyond, YOU will need to contact the Camp yourself and arrange this.
